Practice Manager
Caroline Abbott is the Practice Manager at the Gillespie Advisory.
She manages the finance and administration of our various entities. Caroline has implemented accounting and payroll systems in many organisations that have improved the efficiency and effectiveness of business operations. In one organisation, this decreased the time taken for the audit from three weeks to one.
Caroline has a strong work ethic and demonstrates her moral compass professionally and personally. At this stage in her career, she has already achieved a lot and will continue to contribute to the future of the Gillespie Advisory.
Caroline has lived in one of our regional rural towns for long enough to be now considered a local. She spends lots of her time outside work driving her teenage daughter around and enjoys cooking, reading and sewing when not busy doing that.
