In-house

We come to you, and the course fits your operation

Any of our courses can run at your site. We adapt them to your procedures, your templates, your terminology and your analysis methods, so what people practise on is the work they actually do. If you have more than about six people to train, in-house is usually the better value.

What changes

Four things we build around you

Your procedures and forms become the documents used in the exercises. Your templates replace ours where you already have one that works. Your terminology is used throughout, so nobody has to translate afterwards. Your analysis methods are accommodated where they sit alongside ICAM.

The courses

All of them run in-house

ICAM for Lead Investigators over two days, Team Members and the Refresher over one, plus the 5 Whys, Witness Interviewing and Report Writing workshops, and the Governance workshop for the people who approve investigations. If you are not sure which mix suits which people, say so in the enquiry and we will suggest one.
