Our clients are quite diverse and come from a range of “heavy” and “light” industries. Apart from scheduled training courses, we also try to be there for our clients when they need us the most - in the event of a significant incident.
One week, we may be investigating a fatality at a mine or construction site, the next we may be investigating a security breach at a bank or casino, a disruption to normal operations at a processing plant, a sentinel event at a hospital, unscheduled maintenance requirements at a transport and logistics company, or equipment damage/service interruption at a power station.

Client Profile
ICAM Australia has clients ranging from small-to mid-size enterprises as well as large enterprises that operate globally and local and federal government agencies. Most of the current clients utilising ICAM or who request training for ICAM come from safety-critical industries, however, ICAM can be applied to any adverse event and we are seeing an uptake and application of the methodology in ‘lighter industries’.
