Every facilitator is accredited in the method and in Work Health and Safety and holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. All of them still investigate, which is why the examples in the room are recent.
Three things come out of that. We run public and in-house courses across Australia and online. We investigate and facilitate investigations for clients, with people on call around the clock. And we built SafetyPulse by ICAM Australia, safety management and investigation software that runs the method end to end.
