More About Daniel
Following a passion for psychology and human factors led Daniel to completing a degree in OHS Science. Daniel has spent the last 8 years working in various industries to improve safety performance by focussing on human factors and HOP principles to change the industries approach from workers as the problem to workers as the solution.
Having worked in heavy industry, public sector, construction, oil and gas as well as transport Daniel has developed a broad understanding of industry specific problems as well as parallels between industries that influence safety performance from both positive and negative perspectives. This experience paired with a passion for individual human performance lets Daniel bring a science directed perspective to safety improvement which encompasses a systems based approach to safety performance.
Daniel has facilitated various types of training to groups of individuals ranging from front line workers to C suite executives. Over his career he has developed skills and expertise in:
