Investigating psychosocial events using ICAM

Psychosocial hazards are now firmly with the work health and safety legislation and should be considered along with all other safety hazards. However, investigating psychosocial and psychological events require a different approach that supports those involved. Achieving Best Evidence is a crucial factor in a person centric approach to victim support.

This workshop is designed for those charged with investigating workplace psychosocial and psychological events, or decision makers required to manage these events and people involved. 

This workshop provides Investigators and decision makers with the understanding required to inquire into serious events whilst supporting those involved and meeting compliance.

Prerequisite: Recommended for qualified ICAM Lead Investigators
