About ICAM Australia
ICAM Australia Pty Ltd is a nationally recognised Work, Health and Safety provider specialising in the “Incident Cause and Analysis Method”. We are committed to helping organisations enhance and improve their workplace health and safety (WHS) on both a proactive and reactive basis by providing consulting, training, and incident investigation services.
The Incident Cause and Analysis Method is a well-known and highly respected incident investigation methodology which focuses not only on finding out what happened, but importantly, identify why it happened and how we can stop it from happening again.
Course Information
Enrolling in one of our ICAM Courses will equip you and your organisation with the skills needed to effectively investigate and analyse incidents. Helping you to identify underlying systemic and human factors that contribute to safety risks or near misses.

Following attendance at ICAM Australia’s “ICAM for Lead Investigators” course, participants have an option to register for the Nationally Recognised Unit of Competency BSBWHS515 – Lead initial response to and investigate WHS incidents.
ICAM Australia has a working partnership with Registered Training Organisation (RTO) - Training Education and Management Services Pty Ltd 91852 (TEAMS), who will administer and issue the Academic Transcript and Statement of Attainment upon successful completion of the specified online assessment. Our Trainers are all accredited in the Incident Cause and Analysis Method and Work, Health and Safety. With decades of experience spanning multiple fields in both incident investigations and facilitating courses. All our trainers are also accredited with Cert IV training and assessment.
ICAM Australia recommends that individuals refresh their ICAM Investigation knowledge on a yearly basis. If you have already attended our ICAM for Lead Investigator course, you can brush up your skills at our ICAM Refresher Workshops.
If you are unable to complete any of your training due to unforeseen circumstances. We are happy to assist in transferring your registration to the next best date.
Our ‘Investigating Psychosocial Events Using ICAM’ Workshop is aimed at qualified Lead Investigators and Decision Makers.
Our courses are highly interactive. Our Facilitators welcome questions and discussions, as well as group work. Our online sessions are run in real-time so that you receive an experience as close to face-to-face as possible. We believe this approach encourages active participation, engagement, and a deeper understanding of the course content.

PUBLIC COURSES:
· 2-day public courses: F2F $1800 + GST / Online $1500 + GST
· 1-day public courses: Online $800 + GST

ICAM Australia courses can be booked and paid for in advance for the whole year. Our schedule can be found here.
You can pay for our training courses via credit card or invoice. When checking out on our website, simply change your payment option to your desired choice.
Course Availability and Locations
ICAM Australia offers in-house options for all of our courses. If you have several people who require training, it may be more economical to hold an in-house course where we come to you and train your team simultaneously. You can enquire about an in-house course on our website.
If you cannot see a location near you, send us through an email on courses@icamaustralia.com.au. We are always happy to consider bringing our course to new locations.
Absolutely, we offer online options for all of our training courses. You can find an online course by visiting our public courses schedule.
Online courses run from 1030 to 1630 AEST/AEDT (ACT/NSW/QLD) unless otherwise specified.

- 0830 to 1430 AWST OR 0730 to 1330 (WA) depending on daylight savings time.
