Bowtie Basics Workshop - Papua New Guinea

This one (1) day course is designed to introduce the Bowtie Risk Assessment Methodology. Participants will learn the fundamentals of a risk-based safety approach using Bowties, how to develop simple Bowties, and how to facilitate risk assessment workshops using Bowties.

Bowtie Safety Risk Assessment is a visual and analytical method used in risk management to identify and assess potential hazards, the causes of those hazards, the consequences, and the effectiveness of control measures. During the workshop participants will work through a risk assessment using the methodology.
