Our Safety Practitioners and Incident Investigators at ICAM Australia are led by our Principal Investigator, Jo De Landre, who is recognised as one of the most experienced practitioners in the fields of incident/accident investigation, applied human factors and safety management in Australia.
With over 35 years of applied experience working in and with an array of industries, Jo has investigated some of the most high-profile, significant incidents and accidents in Australia.
Jo has trained over 10,000 personnel in incident investigation methodologies and has extensive experience in conducting systemic investigations and applying and integrating human factors.
Joining Jo in the ICAM Australia Team are Pru Giagtzis, Brendon Ladner, Nicole Walters, Daniel Stone, Majella McDonald and Brian McKay.
We also have several affiliate personnel worldwide with whom we regularly engage.
The team has extensive experience in the facilitation of training and incident investigation using the Incident Cause Analysis Method (ICAM), along with expertise in OHS auditing and assessing, development, and implementation of safety management systems, integration of human factors, and system safety concepts.
All employees at ICAM Australia are carefully selected to ensure that not only do they have highly proficient technical and operational skills, but they also possess excellent client liaison and people skills.
