More About Pru
Pru has over 35 years of applied OSH and Change Management experience working across heavy and light industries including Mining, Engineering, Utilities, Transport and Logistics, Local Government, Finance and Health Industries across Australasia.
She has degrees in Occupational Health and Safety and Risk Management with extensive experience in the facilitation of Incident Cause Analysis Method (ICAM) training and conducting systemic investigations since the commencement of ICAM in Australia.
Pru is passionate about building and sustaining client relationships and to provide preventative and reactive safety solutions to achieve WHS compliance and enhance safety performance. She enjoys finding a solution to fit the clients requirements. Her key areas of interest are facilitating ICAM Training, incident investigations and preventative safety solutions to reduce risk to people and improve operational performance.
Pru has recently been involved in the delivery of a Safety Taskforce post fatality prevention program across a West Australian state-wide utility. This program focuses on improvements in safe job planning and in particular targets:
- Risk Management - in particular the processes and improving the quality of undertaking site risk assessments such as Job Safe Analysis;
- Management of Change - in particular the processes that identify and address changes to site conditions or design specifications and how those changes are reassessed in relation to the introduction of additional risks; and
- Assurance - In particular processes that provide assurance that work is being undertaken as intended. i.e. in-line with the appropriate plans, policies and procedures.
