ICAM and Investigation Training
The Investigation and Incident Cause Analysis Method (ICAM) training provided by ICAM Australia is the foundation of our business where we teach our clients how to conduct incident investigations within their businesses. While we are always there for them if required, the goal is for organisations to attain the knowledge, skills and competence to investigate lower level incidents internally.
The training provided by ICAM Australia focuses on the need for thorough and methodical investigations with simple structured processes to achieve the aim of reduction of risk and prevention of recurrence.
Participants are not only shown applied examples, but are provided with practical tools, forms and templates that can be easily adapted and integrated in the workplace for optimal implementation of the learning outcomes.

Training Delivery Options - Public and In-house
ICAM Australia offers both public and in-house training. We are proud to have formed an alliance with AMC Training Centre Pty Ltd for professional administration services for all of our ICAM and Investigation Public Courses.
We understand the challenges in personnel taking time out from work in regional areas to travel to capital cities for training, so we make a concerted effort to schedule public training courses in both city and regional areas across Australia.
Our public course schedule is available on our website and is progressively updated as more locations are added.
Our services are scalable - from small organisations to multinational organisations and large government departments. If you have just a few personnel who require training, then the best option is for them to attend one of our public courses. However, if you have several personnel requiring training, it is more cost effective for organisations to conduct in-house training.
Public Courses - We hold scheduled public face-to-face training courses in nominated city and regional locations across all Australian States.
Online Courses - We also provide the option of a remote on-line public course once a month for our ICAM for Lead Investigators Course using secure applications such as Zoom, Webex or Microsoft Teams.
In-House Courses - We also offer in-house face-to face courses at client premises within Australia and internationally (which can also be provided remotely using secure on-line applications).
