What does our suite of ICAM training look like?

The Investigation and Incident Cause Analysis Method (ICAM) training provided by ICAM Australia is the foundation of our business, where we teach our clients how to conduct incident investigations within their businesses.

While we are always there for them to assist with investigations if required, the goal is for organisations to attain the knowledge, skills and competence to investigate lower-level incidents internally.

It’s important to us that our clients are able to easily integrate the learnings, and we are more than happy to customise and tailor any of our in-house training to client needs.  This could involve incorporating their risk matrices, incident categorisation levels and report templates in the training and ensuring we use their specific language and acronyms.

The tiered levels of ICAM Training and Investigation Training offered by ICAM Australia ensure that all personnel receive relevant and applicable training targeting attendees such as general operators, contractors, decision-makers, approving officers, those who may be involved in leading or facilitating investigations or have line responsibility for investigations as well as senior executives.

ICAM Australia - What does our suite of training look like?

The training provided by ICAM Australia focuses on the need for thorough and methodical investigations with simple structured processes to reduce risk and prevent a recurrence.  Participants are not only shown applied examples but are provided with practical tools, forms and templates that can be easily adapted and integrated into the workplace for optimal implementation of the learning outcomes.
